1. Our status as a"provider"
We are an internet service provider within the meaning of § 512 of the U.S. Copyright Act. User-generated content is published"as is," and we do not perform prior moderation.
2. How to file a notice of violation
If you are the copyright holder, please send an email to with the following data:
- Full Name, mailing address, phone, e-mail;
- Identification of the protected work (URL, ISBN, etc.);
- URL of the page containing the infringing content;
- Good faith statement that use is not permitted by law;
- The phrase"I swear under penalty of perjury..."
- Signature (scan or digital).
Incomplete queries are ignored.
3. Processing procedure
- Within 30 business days, we temporarily block access to the material;
- Notifying the user-author;
- Upon receiving a proper Counter-Notice, access will be restored within 10–14 days if the rights holder has not initiated a lawsuit.
4. Counter-notification
The author may submit a counter-notification including their contact information and a sworn statement that the material has been posted lawfully. Submission should be sent to the same address. .
5. Disclaimer
We do not take part in disputes between parties and are not responsible for any loss caused by the removal or return of content.
